Quando nos deparamos com os sentimentos de leveza interior onde o exterior só adentra com a nossa permissão, é a sinalização de que esteja no compasso gradativo e constante da transformação em que despertará para o amor à vida e a tudo que nela se incorpora.
A ansiedade transforma-se em serenidade!
As expectativas deixam de existir protegendo-nos das decepções!
As críticas compulsivas deixam de ter o propósito de ofender e ser ofendido!
A pressa desaparece, e você adota o comando da situação de impor o ritmo que deseja viver.
Enfim, nos transformamos em expectadores de nossas vidas!
Observando!
Apreciando o belo, refletindo o feio, corrigindo e depurando o que é possível sem propósitos.
Apenas sentindo-se em paz e deixando que a vida flua naturalmente como os movimentos do mar, da lua, do sol!
E assim, o que está cheio, esvazia-se e a vida segue confortavelmente.
Paz, Luz e muita AÇÃO de amor!
